Job Summary

Leads to Closings is hiring Appointment Setting Specialists to help generate qualified appointments with U.S. real estate agents through outbound calling and follow-up conversations.

This role is focused on outbound lead generation, appointment setting, and maintaining consistent communication with prospective clients. You’ll work directly within our systems and processes to help schedule qualified demos for our sales team.

We provide the tools, scripts, onboarding, training, and support needed to help you succeed in the role.

Your Role

As an Appointment Setting Specialist, you will:

  • Place outbound calls using our CRM and dialer systems

  • Follow provided scripts and appointment setting processes

  • Speak with real estate agents and qualify interest

  • Schedule appointments for the sales team

  • Follow up with interested prospects when appropriate

  • Track daily activity and KPI metrics

  • Maintain professional communication and accurate notes inside the CRM

You may also communicate with leads generated through other marketing channels including SMS campaigns, direct mail, online advertising, and inbound responses.

Ideal Candidate

  • Is comfortable making outbound calls consistently

  • Has reliable internet and a professional work environment

  • Is organized and able to follow systems and processes

  • Is coachable and open to feedback

  • Can maintain consistent activity and reporting

  • Is comfortable working U.S. business hours

  • Is professional, reliable, and detail oriented

Previous cold calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer communication experience is strongly preferred.

You will work with tools including:

  • HighLevel CRM

  • Outbound dialer system (WAVV)

  • Slack

  • Zoom

  • Gmail

  • Google Sheets

  • KPI and reporting systems

Compensation

Compensation for this role is performance-based and tied to qualified appointments and sales performance.

Additional performance incentives and bonus opportunities may be available based on consistency and results.

Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

What You'll Do

  • Complete outbound dialing activity daily using our CRM and dialer systems

  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team

  • Participate in onboarding, training, and team meetings

  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and appointment information

  • Follow up with interested prospects when appropriate

  • Report KPI activity and performance metrics consistently

  • Work within established scripts, systems, and workflows
